Hi rikk08, we're very sorry about the issues you are dealing with the case of your Mavic 2 Pro. Upon checking , I can see that the drone was physically damaged. You have also mentioned here https://forum.dji.com/thread-169668-1-1.html that it was a crashed unit. Having that said, repair team need to conduct analysis in order to check if the crash caused by a product malfunction. This is the normal process to check the warranty of the unit. Please note that we need your flight records to be synced for the analysis team start the investigation. For your invoice concern, kindly send email to Support.eu5@dji.com
Thanks for your reply. All flights were synched before sending the drone back to DJI, the problem is that it seems that the analysis was never done on the drone. I have received an email from support.eu5 where I will have to upload the flight records to DJI website which I will do tomorrow afternoon as I'm currently away from my computer. |
