Upgraded controller and aircraft via Assistant, no issues, first battery was upgraded at the same time. Had to do the other two batteries with the Go app (Android), you get a firmware mismatch message when you connect.

Have had one test flight, took off manually, flew approx 7km, initiated RTH when close to home and it landed exactly in the same spot.

I had the "inconsistent firmware" pop up (Android Go app) for my extra batteries.  Updated them without incident.

Got mine done through iOS app today, only thing I can think of was batteries were not fully charged when i tried first.
