You cannot resurrect LiPo battery cells ... once they start to lose power - that's it. Nothing can be done.
But if the board or case is damaged - that can be sorted ...
Personally .... I would be extremely cautious of any repaired LiPo other than for example where a wire has been soldered back etc. I do this quite often where balance lead gets tugged of ... buts that about the limit.
is very big difference in price new battery in my country costed 599 PLN = 158.55 USD on aliexpress refurbished 40 USD = 151.12 PLN and i thinking about but i dont have courage to risk and buy this battery
Sorry but many 'not original' batterys are perfectly fine as many people know.
But I would certainly not be risking 'refurb' batterys !! Unless it was actually replaced Cells in a used case / board ... even then I would be extremely wary.
Personally not worth the savings vs the risk.
That savings could very easily cost you your drone..
Look for coupons and sales or buy a battery here and there if budget is tight.
I see it this way.... If you can fly a Phantom ($$), you can buy a real battery.
