empty of a battery charge there is red light.
After a 1 or or maybe 1/5 hour of charge time, there low charge to the yellow light... could be 15% to 20% was charged.

Sorry for this unpleasant experience Heenakhan. After confirming that it was charged with power off, please try the steps below :
1. Remove the charger, power the drone off.
2. Hold the power button with power off for about 5-8s until the green led goes on and off. ( Warmly reminder that you gotta release the button as soon as the led is off)
3. Wait until a flashing red light goes on, connect Tello's wifi, upgrade firmware then.
If persists, your detail description or video showing this issue would be highly appreciated.

Meu tello quando coloco pra carregar ele pisca o Led azul 2 vezes e acende por um tempo ( azul) depois pisca 2 vezes novamente e acende denovo, desta forma fica se repetindo e não liga se tirar do carregador. I've been using Tello for a few months. I put it in to charge, but it never finished charging, it was flashing fast in blue, I took the drone to test, when I turned it on, it turned green, it flashed fast in red and hung up, then didn't turn on. Got a solution for this?

In regards to your concern on charging, have you tried to remove then reinsert your battery without charging a USB cable?  If not, we suggest to try that first, and you can also try another standard USB charger. If persists, please long hold the power button with power off and introduce its led status. Thanks a lot in advance.

Sorry for replying late. Could you please tell me whether your problem has been solved? In regard to your problem, please try force upgrade its firmware.  Please press and hold the Power Button for 5 seconds when the Tello is powered off and release it when the green indicator turns off. Then the indicator will pulse red. Connect to the Tello's Wi-Fi and go to Setting - more - firmware version to upgrade the firmware again. After that, please confirm if the issue has been solved.

The charging needs to be done when the drone is powered off, please make sure you power off the drone first, then pull out the battery and insert it again, if the indicator is blue and blinks slowly, once per second, it is the normal charging process, and the indicator will turn into solid blue when charging completed.

Besides, you can execute the upgrade: Please powered off the aircraft, press and hold the Power Button for 5 seconds when the Tello is and release it when the green indicator turns off. Then the indicator will pulse red. Connect to the Tello's Wi-Fi and go to Setting - more - firmware version to upgrade the firmware again.
