Just wondered when and how you update FW on your batteries thanks.

With Assistant 2 for Mavic. You update the FW in your Mavic and once completed power off change batteries and start the mavic again. It will say. Incompatible FW found update? and you say yes. Do this for all your batteries.

The Dji application will notify you periodically when necessary guiding you about the updates

In the app at the home page - it will show inconsistency and provide a slider to update the FW on the batteries.

I did last time. But that was last time.  If they haven't changed the process then yes.   

If you think about it If you have multiple batteries or buy  a new one(s) or 2nd hand ones  you are going to have to update a battery at some point after you have updated the Drone FW

Yes - that is how you update them as it's the inconsistency in the FW between the drone and other batteries that triggers the prompt to update them in the app.
