I like how the DJI app keeps track of your distance and hours. However I was deleting some of the maps of the past flights and noticed that the flight hours and distance flown were being reduced. Apparently it only counts what is on your device. Does the app keep track of the total somewhere else?? Obviously it was fun to see those numbers grow but I dont want a bunch of boring flight maps stored that I need to wade through to look at interesting ones.
hopefully it could all be backed up to the PC and DJI Assistant and analysed from there rather than the phone or drone? Also wonce recoreded at DJI you would thingk they would take those stats as the master copy if the can be deleted on device.
Yes on dji server. I checked on my table I only keep 1mo of flights.
So I uploaded my flights on my phone to 1yr. The distance and speed changed. What didn't
change was the flight value. What's cool about is I have only had my phone for 2 months
but was able to upload the records and I have never use my phone for flying.

Could you please explain a little more? what do you mean from the DJI server? how do I get to the server?
When you sync your flights it asks 1mo, 6mo, or year.
Whatever flight you delete can be restored the this method.
Not sure how to reached the server. But this is how I recalled my old flights.
