I have bought a DJI spark form DJI store this black Friday. But I got an error message regarding the camera sensor and Air encoder. It's saying the problem is hardware related. I tried to refresh the firmware again with DJI assistant 2 but it failed during the transmission. No crash. Just flown one time. What can I do now?

I tested another round and took some pictures. But the quality of the video and image is terrible. The video contains lots of verticles line

These errors are coming back and disappeared. When it's coming back, the live screen also turns into black and white.

that is jacked for sure.. return it within what 7 days or they can send you a refurbished unit instead of new... or return it to where you bought it from if you can and avoid DJI customer service all together

Its a lemon you got. Return it as soon as possible and get a replacement.
