Hello and good day. I am sorry to know that you are having issues with your DJI Mavic 2 Pro. This is not the experience we want you to have with DJI. Can you please check if the drone's firmware is updated. I will be posting the link where you can find the most recent firmware for the DJI Mavic 2 Pro https://www.dji.com/mavic-2/info#downloads. After this process please calibrate the vision sensors of the DJI Mavic 2 Pro and see if the issue will be fixed. I will be posting an official DJI Tutorial Video on how to calibrate the vision sensors of the DJI Mavic 2 Pro properly. Thank you.
