Hi,

My uncle recently bought me a DJI Spark fly more combo bundle in the US from bestbuy last 2 weeks ago. I have only tried testing the drone today and notice that a spare battery is not charging. The LED light of the battery will only light up to the 2nd LED light for a few blinks and does it again and it never lights up to the 4th LED.

I have read a few threads here regarding the battery and also tried cooling it down, charging from the hub, charging from the drone all but to no avail. Would this be a case of defective battery? and another question is since I'm living in the Philippines, do I need to ship the battery back to the US to have it check or Can I have it check here in the Philippines?

Hope somebody from DJI could give me clarfications on this.

You might have a defective battery. Is it swollen in any way?

How many times does it blink? Which is your scenario?

Hi, thanks for providing this video. Since the battery is not responding, I highly recommend contacting our support for further help. However, the warranty will work in the United States since it was purchased in the US as well but I'm afraid that the shipping cost would much expensive almost like buying a new one.
