I just bought an OM2, and despite all my attempts to adjust it correctly, one end of the motors is still visible in the image.

I use it with a Samsung Galaxy S9, and I tried it with and without the case, shifted left or right, nothing works.

Hi Anioet, sorry for all the trouble. Please ensure that you mount your phone in the right way. If it is convenient for you, kindly provide a short video showing the issue. You may refer on video tutorial below for your reference on how to properly mount your mobile device to your Osmo mobile 2. Please let me know if the issue persists.

If you balanced it correctly and you can still see the motor maybe your phone has an angle too wide.
Use it in flashlight mode if it is the case (I know it is not ideal to use with a tripod I am still thinking of a solution to use it in flashlight mode with a tripod since I have the same problem)
