Whatever you do don't throw the broken pieces of it away, if you do they'll make you send in the whole Ronin to service it.
I am in shock of how unhelpful the support was, they couldn't organize to send us a simple part, they told us to send the whole unit to them (costing probably hundreds in shipping) and they might be able to send it back with the grips, but they couldn't guarantee that because the support and service departments don't communicate at DJI. |
