Sure, he is a serious hobby photographer and he goes travel with my mum all the time. I am trying to lead him to bring a drone when travel so he can take photos from different prospective.

Not only we share hobby, I happens to be a professional photographer too.

I find air to air shots to be interesting.  I little closer would be nice and would make for an even more dramatic shot but I realize getting closer does have its risks.   Cool, thanks for posting.

Cool shots.  I hope to get some drone to drone shots this weekend when my brother comes to town to fly my second drone.  Should be fun, as long as we avoid a midair mishap.

Oh darn!  I wish I didn't see this beautiful thread.   
Now you have me thinking of sending a lead aircraft on a Litchi Waypoint mission to keep the path and speed as close to constant as possible.
Then have #2 fly up close like the Blue Angels and try and get some nice pictures.   Darn.
(in a remote area of course)

I wonder if that could be done using Active Track... Have one drone track the other.

If you watch Dirty Bird's video and read the thread you will find that there were disconnects such as when he flew behind large buildings, but because it was a Litchi mission this was not a problem.

With Active Track it's maybe worth trying but you would need a solid link to the aircraft and LOS

Yup, I thought it was Dirty Bird's.  He has some incredible long flight videos.  The Baltimore at night is wonderful.
