Mobile site still says pending though. Very odd that DJI websites (mobile vs desktop) seem to source their info differently?! Force refreshed the sites so should not be caching it.
Ordinarily on most sites it can take upto 24hrs to get the tracking details live.

No point in doing that as in my experience with DJI on cancelling an order it takes ages to get your funds returned to your card or .... account. Your better off sitting tight and wait for yours to be shipped or arrive.

Cant cancel the order with DJI how as its showing as shipped. I had a pre-order with Clifton Cameras where they took a £5 deposit until it ships, then they charge you. It was a bit of a punt as to whether they'd get it shipped before DJI direct, but as DJI now shows as shipped and I can't cancel from them direct any more, I've given up my pre-order with Clifton Camera's. They were very speedy and helpful actually

For those interested, I ordered on November 28 and it also says "shipped" as of today, delivery is in Europe.

Ordered Dec 2, still doesn't show shipping carrier or anything else besides payment success.  Guessing those in mid-US states ordering after Dec 1 will be challenged to see prior to Xmas.  Best of luck!

I'm in the US. Ordered on the 28th and my status says shipped also. I noticed if you go to the OP order page it now says ships within 1-2 days. So my guess is even if you ordered past the 28th, your order will change to shipped real soon.
Kudos to DJI, they must have a ton of these ready to go. They seem to be worldwide and soon to be available at so many stores. I love a company with patience and experience.  They easily could have made the pre order process worse by announcing too soon and not having enough supply ready.

Ok, seems like DJI have relax the shipping date/rule as it seem some US retailers are shipping today now that the MIMO app is out. If you really need one ASAP (like I do as I'm flying out of country on Thursday). Call around and you might find someone willing to ship one out overnight.
P.S. Just got my shipping/tracking info. Should have it in the morning.

Don't believe the 1-3 day shipping time - it is a flat out LIE!  I ordered mine on the 5th of this month.  Still not shipped.  When I chatted with DJI, they said mine will not ship mine until the 19th!

DJI is falsely putting out a 1-3 day ship time to lure in and sell more units.

If you're in the US and absolutely have to have one now. Cancel your order and call one of their authorized retailer close to you and they can probably ship one out today or tomorrow.

Ordered on december 2, still not shipped, I am in Canada. I already sold my Mobile 2, not a big deal but I hope to get it before Christmas.

UGgg! I should have just ordered from a Retailer then. I ordered from DJI on the 4th. of Dec. and still no Shipping notice. First stated 5 to 15 days to ship now states 1 to 3 days after payment confirmation?
I emailed support and they responded "Business Days". What? A little frustrating.

I placed my order on 12/2 early morning.  Just 2 hours ago, it showed "pending" on the shipping status and "Fedex" on the shipping company with my phone browser while the computer web browser didn't  show any change. I am in Texas.

Pretty normal from DJI it will be at your home in 4/5 days!

I'll remember in future to pre-order with the UK retailers then. Appears they have stock and sending them out next day delivery. As my order has already gone from DJI I can't cancel it. You'd think getting it direct from DJI would be the quickest route! Don't know why they didn't send them out before the app was release so that when it was available you could just activate it and go!
