Just got mine. Wanted to share my first impression of it.

Its super small. Feels very sturdy and not at all plastic. Super easy to use and very intuitive. I literally got it 20 minutes ago so I haven't tested the quality. But just shaking it, walking with it and seeing on the screen how it behaves. It feels like a real winner. So initial impression is 5/5.

So for those of you who are still waiting to get yours. You are in for a treat.

Not to brag but ordered mine the 11th from BB got it today the 15th

Got it 30 min ago updated on charge had a 200 gig Micro card from a cell phone rdy to go!

My order still hasn't shipped. (to Singapore)
Order time: December 03rd, 2018

I’m guessing yours should be very soon. I ordered mine 2 Dec. Shipping status showed “Pending” on 12 Dec. Shipped on 14 Dec with tracking number. It’s now with Singapore delivery facility so I should be getting it tmrw!

I ordered mine from Coolblue.
As they are in stock, delivery is very fast. I will receive mine tomorrow.

I did order 2018-12-12 06:23:43 (UTC) and now the status has been changed into shipped - no tracking so far

Did a chat with an Agent - they said its shippoed from UK to Germany - tracking in the next 24 hours

Update - device will be with me tomorrow

My DHL shipping data did not change since almost 48 hrs! :0(
It still sayes „Departed Facility in SHENZHEN - CHINA, PEOPLES REPUBLIC.“ since Dec. 12!

Ok, DHL status changed this morning, mine is in LEIPZIG - GERMANY now, so hope i‘ll get it on monday, or latest on thursday than!?

Finaly, my OP was delivered today, did the activation and firmware update allready, now its charging and than i‘ll play with it the rest of this evening!

I ordered on DJI store 12/2/18. Was to be picked up by FedEx in Georgia last Wednesday and delivered last Friday. DJI already activated Osmo Shield. FedEx changed my new delivery date this AM to today but it is at this point lost.
Nice that DJI activated the Osmo Shield before they even shipped it.

Now it’s processed. You should get yours before mine (France). I need it soon because i’ m going to Berlin in 4 days!

Just called DHL and they told me it will probably be delivered tomorrow. Fingers cross otherwise I might just return it to dji as it will be useless for mee

Received today! Enable and update firmware successfully.

My Osmo Pocket has been at Cincinnati hub for two days now was supposed to recieve it yesterday, after reading about how bad dji customer service is in dealing with situations like this I’m starting to get pretty worried to say the least, anybody else recieve there’s yet in North America?

Everyone who has received theirs, be very happy. I ordered mine on November 15th, the very first day it was up for pre order on DJIs website. It was a gift for Xmas for my son and today is December 21st and I still haven’t received it. Tracking shows it is at the cincinatti hub and the last update shows “customs status updates” , which was yesterday.

I’ve called dhl and they are clueless and told me they will start a trace and dji of course is giving me the runaround as well. Basically telling me I might not get it before Xmas. Pretty ridiculous considering I paid 500 plus including Osmo Shield and was guaranteed a delivery by decmember 17th now it’s apparently out of their hands and there telling me to “sit tight”.

I’m a single father and I can’t afford to go out and buy another 500$ gift for my son , it’s absolutely disgusting how I’m getting treated during Christmas, this is the first time buying directly from dji and boy have I learned my lesson.

Just want what I paid for!
