I have downloaded a new version of DJI go on to my Pixel, my Osmo+ will not connect, the app doesn't see it. I am connected to the OSMO wifi, have the most recent verion of the app.  Any suggestions?  I have been able to connect this phone to this Osmo+ in the past.

Hi Shan, sorry for all the trouble. Is there an error message on the APP? Kindly provide a short video of the issue so that I can check it on my end. You can upload it by using google-drive or Dropbox and provide the link here. Please try to reset the wifi of your Osmo. Kindly see the video below for instruction.

I can't connect my new phone to the osmo+. It worked fine with my old Samsung note 8. Now I have a Huawei mate 20 pro. I did a factory reset. Wifi reset. But the app doesn't connect with the phone. The phone is connected to the wifi of the osmo but the app does nothing. Reinstalled the app but still nothing
