Same here.
Tried to sync 2 flights from today.
At first the sync hanged at 2%.
After a while ''Sync Failed. Retry'' message is dsplaied in the dialogue.
I pressed cancel, now my points and level are set to 0. Distance and number of flights are intact. The last two flights got the little cloud icon in the upper right corner as if they are synced.

EDIT 1: The flight distance of my forum profile has not been updated.

EDIT 2: I tried unchecking ''Upload Flight data''. Syncronisation started roling to about 70% after hanging for some time at 2%, but then again displayed the ''Sync Failed. Retry'' message.
This is a bug in the latest version of the app. Last time I flew and synced was on the 21st of October.

EDIT 3: I see that an even newer version of DJI Go 4 app appeared in the iOS app store. It's dated 3rd of December, but it was not there yesterday, when I updated quite a few apps. Updated the ap, but the syncronisation problem persists.

EDIT 4: I am on a solid home Wi-Fi connection, and I select period ''All' - as I've always done.

Hello Susan, I've sync 1 month without success, a friend of mine has the same sync problems. I've tried another wifi, even i've switch to mobile internet which is fast, no results. dji go 4 v4.3.8 and 4.3.4 - the same result.

In the afternoon my experience points reappeared, at night the synchronization reached the end with error and flights appeared but not those of the last day.
And in my Airdata I see that all the flights of the day are incomplete. I have not experienced any kind of disconnection during flights.
Use iPhone 6Plus and iPhone 6, the 2 with iOS 12.1.0, DJI GO4 v.4.3.8, Mavic Pro FW v.01.04.500, Goggles RE last FW.

I have an update, the records do sync successfully, I checked on different devices.
The issue is that the distance flown in the forum and the actual flown in the flight records do not sync

hi Susan! its uselessness  to send screenshots because after i sync the flight record to dji servers after then i delete the flight record from dji go 4 go app permanently, so the flight distance in the app is zero.

There is no way!!!
The only way, I found, to synchronize has been erasing all flights made with the DJIGo4 4.3.8 (4266)
You reminber my post with screenshots of AIRDATA showing incomplete data? (#17)
After this both iPhones are completing sync without issues.

Susan please tell me, when you ask me for my account access, has anyone really tried it? Has anyone seen that the flights made under 4.3.8 were corrupt?

Now I have just updated to DJIGo4 4.3.9, I am excited to see what surprises this version brings.

Thank for your time and help, and stay tuned, this weekend I have planned 6 flight plans.
