Hi, I put in a request to send in my whole product set for repair due to a crash.   I have 3 batteries and they are fully functional.   Do I send in thhe batteries??????   Or just drone and remote??

Hi louka, thank you for bringing this query to us. Apologies for the confusion. You don't have to send in the batteries. Only the aircraft without the remote control. If the remote controller's button is loose then you may also send in for evaluation, you only need to send in the malfunctioning component.  Propellers, normally functioning SD cards, non-DJI products should also not be included. Kindly reach us again if you have any concerns. Thank you.
