That is likely because you are doing it all ready, for some this is pretty basic for others terms like composition is new them and will offer instant improvement if they start applying :-)

As a new user, for some reason I can't start a new thread so my sincere apologies for gate crashing this thread. I have just purchased the Pro2 and fly more kit to be used in the near future partly for some small commercial work thus I am also in the process of obtaining my CAA UAS.

However, I am now worried I made the wrong decision and should have chosen the Zoom as it seems to have better PQ during day shooting.

I appreciate the slightly better low light capabilities of the Pro2 (and would miss it on occasions) but the documented seeming lack of resolution and strange (way to warm) colour balance is obvious even on compressed YouTube videos in direct comparison with the Zoom.

Unfortunately, the Phantom 4 is not an option  mainly due to size.

What is the likelihood of any improvements with firmware update in the future?

I am considering returning the Pro 2 and perhaps buy a second hand Mavic Pro.

There are better threads you could have "crashed" for your issue.

Why did you start researching this aircraft after you purchased it and not before?

Your answer is pretty obvious it seems; get the zoom or pro 1

Never expect a feature in the future, even if it was promised (which was not). I mean technically their advertising never mentioned these problems (which was a dick move to say at least) but if they could have been managed they would do so before releasing it.

So either return it or start a class action lawsuit.. If you Google "mavic 2 pro sensor issue" you'll find lots of opinions and what could potentially be fixed by firmware and what couldn't. That said, I'll repeat - don't expect anything that's not there already.

I do agree with this, it is a very nice learning piece. Great thought by David Tennant and Krysten Ritter. Thus a correct representation due for a certificate is essential. Rewarding a righteous for their extended performance is much complementary to a feather in a cap or a badge on a uniform. And also you don't need to have a technical fellow to help you out. As our easy to customize certificate maker is a replaceable catch.
