Erm, I just tried the link, put in my real address details (except I put Germany as my country, whereas I live in the UK), then entered the discount code, and got all the way to the payment section, when I was given the option to change address details and it accepted my UK address AND gave me the discount still - albeit in Euros.

I was charged 959 euros

I would say that the discount would work for any country, as long as you don't mind paying in Euros, until DJI fixes it....

Well that's great if it works for other countries as well.
