I have some issues with my mavic 2 zoom and my iPhone Xs.

It happens that I fly my drone and only a part or even sometimes no pictures or videos are transfered from the drone/remote to my phone.

How can I solve this problem?

Please check if you are running the latest app on your mobile device, kindly make sure that there is enough space on your mobile device, and remember to enable Auto Sync HD Photos to your settings. If the HD photos will not show up on the local album, please check this route: iOS: DJI GO4/Documents/videoCache (video)

this option is enabled. But it´s strange, sometimes I take 10 photos and get 10, sometimes only 2 or sometimes only 5. Same with videos.
