Youtube. I watch the Dji tutorials first then others from there.

I started with the DJI tutorials and followed up watching YouTube and of course from advice from forum members.

I used DJI tutorials then YouTube, then I purchased a drone flight simulator with controller and practiced with that.  So far no crashed.

Mostly youtube, and then flying, changing settings, and trying.
