Hello,


im just bought my Mavic2 pro yesterday and today he is gone...


Like them many of you, my mavic2 gone crazy and i lost the control on 3-4m height, he started going forward alone and i cant stop them. He try force landing but i dont know reason why, i know only after firmware update today i have some disconnections between RC and AIRCRAFT...

Did someone have experience and did you solve problem without additional costs?


I have refresh care, but why to spend refresh care if this isnt my fault? I wont fix anyone's bug and pay for that...

I really hope the DJI will take my Mavic 2 on warranty and fix this problem

P.S. My logs are sincronised on cloud

Since this issue/crashed happened the best thing you need to do is to contact DJI Support at https://www.dji.com/support and create a case for your drone. Please sync the flight record as well using your DJI Go 4 application for further analysis. Thank you.

Update:
Gimbal and camera working, only filter i crashed
Body have some inyuri
Motors 3 are good,  1 im not shure, little hard rotate, try with hand...
Propeles 3 broken 1 lost

Log was synced on cloud, how can i get logs intro txt?

Hi Alex,

I you are an Android user yiou will find the flightlogs.txt on your mobile device.

//root/DJI/DJI go 4 /Flightrecords/*.txt, use a file explore to get it off your phone and upload it.

same thing happened with me after last FW update my AC crashed after 17 sec only, DJI will fix or replace it under warranty, i sent my AC to Hong kong for repair since last week but still didn't heard any thing from them. even the website not updated

Hi Alex,

Hard to tell why your MavicPro crashed, end of the flight just stops when it is still flying under control.

You had many disconnects, if its a full disconnect a RTH will start. Your first disconnect 44 seconds, because your drone is close to homepoint it will autoland.
(answer to your question, see the manual for how and when a RTH starts)Disconnects happend mutliple times. All pitch and roll data looks fine, so no rapid moves etc.
It looks as your drone was under control when connected.
What happend during connection loss is not written in the file, so cannot tell wich inputs you did on the RC.

My advice is always land after the first error, disconnect etc instead of continue flying.
Try to find out what causes the problem.

Hope the repairs will work out good for you.
After that many happy landings!

I dont know how to describe... Its frustrating when you spent that much money for something doesnt work fine... Im work with electronic and I know how sensors, gps,rc working, i never seen something like that... He lose connection and then like some other have remote control Aircraft just start go forward and hit lamppost.

DJI will repair my Mavic 2 under warranty and im very happy with this info.

Good news Alex, happy to hear. I'm just back for my first flight, some hoverings, moves, turns and landings for a start. Went though positioning mode and sport, as a RC heli  flyer, what I can say M2P is very stable, silent and not that responsive compared to 3d Rc helis and I knew it would be so. All good so far, still a long way to go for learning and more fun to come. Yeaaahhh!
