Hi, thanks for the inquiry. May we have the reason why you need to factory reset your Inspire 2 drone? We do have an option to restore factory defaults on our DJI Assistant 2, however, this will only be reverted your settings that you've set on your aircraft. It may be possible to downgrade FW a notch or two. DJI Assistant 2 software will scan the aircraft and determine how far back you can go, if possible at all. But full restoration to a factory defaults doesn't exist in DJI world.

What exactly is your issue or problem...

I have some zooming issue with my X5S (Olymous lens) its doesnt always automatic zoom ...

and ? nothing  I can do??

If you explain what "automatic zoom" is, perhaps we may try to come up with some help ...

I have to tap in my crystal clear to make the focus (zoom)  it doesnt do automatic, is it better now?

Hi, sorry for the troubles that it caused. Do we have an extra camera that we could use to see if the problem will persist? Have you tried to use a mobile device to see if your camera will focus? You could provide a short video about this issue as well for further help. Please keep us posted for further help. Thank you for the support.

no extra camera and it do that with picture!
there is no way to reset at least the X5S , i dont use DJI lens I use olympus

Using the Assistant 2 and stepping it back to the earliest version available should resolve your issues. My experience anyway.

M'y inspiré 2 dont wanna connect to any RC Also with assistant , and boutton pair IS off ... Blue bip and sometimes  yellow but its take 10 seconde when WE turn off

Go back to the earliest version through Assistant 2.

im luucky i didnt had to wait 1 year
