I’m getting an error after days of using the pocket. Upon powering it up, it asked to select language and states “Unauthoized device with no serial number”. It’s basically unusable. I can connect to the mimo app, view footage, camera controls, etc. but no shooting of any kind. When disconnected from the iPhone, the same error is on screen.
My QR code won’t scan so I’m hoping this is my serial model OT110. Please help. I bought this to use abroad on my vacation and now it seems it was a wasted investment. |
