Hello,

I would like to give DJI the opportunity to give a wish list for the future. The wishlist should be possible to implement and not implementable wishes (for a future generation).

You are welcome to continue the list, but please note that the wishes should be fulfillable ;)

Fulfillable wishes:
1. 1080p without cropping (includes every mode e.g. timelaps etc.)
2. a rotatable mobile phone adapter
3. remove focus pumps (e.g. Fixed focus)
4. reasonable holder with tripod thread (e.g. for motorcycles, bicycles or similar)
5. fixed small Bluetooth dongle which could not fall off so easily when attached e.g. to a bicycle and a small Bluetooth button to start and stop the recording remotely. The offered adapter will surely fall off when attached to a bicycle or motorcycle.
6. focus peaking in the display7. Apple Watch App for start and stop recording (of course with the adapter) for biking or motorcycle trips)
8. change of pro settings without phone


Unrealizable wishes (at least in this version):
1. integrated tripod thread
2. integrated Bluetooth chip
3. USB-C charging socket to the side, better to the fron (e.g. for third party microphones)
4. smaller packaging (there was once pressed styrophor, more beautiful and more valuable)
5. splash hwater protected; even better waterproof (probably unfillable)
6. small speaker for playback
7. Mircofon directed forwards plus of course backwards or sideways
8. Focal length of 20-22 for a larger wide angle

I think that most wishes are not unfulfillable and also comprehensible. The list is not sorted by priority.

Surely you can think of many more users.

Wish Granted

Timelapse and Motionlapse are technically 5.2k today if you manually process the images.  You actually have to crop and size them DOWN to get 4k.

1. A place to set and lock a manual focus point INCLUDING in tracking mode.
2. Something better in the roll department.
3. Maybe a "lock roll optically to horizon" feature?
4. A gimbal roll adjustment option like I can do on my Phantom 4's camera...
5. A "smooth" and SLOWER recentering option in addition to what's available.
6. Not sure what can be done to smooth out the lighting changes
7. More manual settings for shutter speed and ISO.

2,7k would be great and of course active track at 4k 60fps.

HEVC / h265 codec so that e.g. 4K at 60 or 1080p at 120fps can be transferred and processed by iPad

Osmo Shield for all Countries. Why cant we benefit from that insurance e.g. here in Europe or in other countries . The guarantee duration in Europe is two years but it would be nice to have that extra coverage e.g. for water damage and for that low price I would like to buy that insurance.
