This thing is a piece of junk. Received one as a gift and it was DOA. Here is what it’s been doing right out of the box -
- randomly powered off while trying to perform hardware update
- update finally completed, but in a non-conventional way. It got to 50%, disconnected from the app, and then somehow continued installing on the camera
- screen constantly says “Gimbal protected, tap to resume.” When you tap, the gimbal moves in jerky motions, then settles off center and then error message returns
DJI chat support was worthless. I needed this for a trip in one week. They agreed to replace it, but said that will take at least 2 weeks after they receive it back from me. How can they not stand behind their products that are arriving DOA? |
