Hi People,

This has been super frustrating. I bought the Apple ProRes license for my X7 and after I activated it I couldn't shoot in ProresRAW. My bad I guess. DJI tells me I have to buy the CinemaDNG License in order to shoot prores RAW but when I look at the CInemadng page on DJI store there is no mention of Prores RAW.

Can anybody confirm that by buying the DNG license I'll also get the Prores RAW?

Hi, sorry for the troubles that it caused. Yes, the CinemaDNG License has the ability to record in Apple ProRes RAW and ProRes RAW HQ as long as the firmware for Inspire 2 and Zenmuse X7 are up to date. Thank you for the support.
