Photo and video Images

--However when stationery before flight is normal.

Wonder anyone has this problem.

This is my 2 Mavic Pro after my first one crashed into water and have been flying over 2 years with the 2nd one over half a year.
I have the latest firmware for both the DJI Go4 and the Mavic Pro.

I got this problem after the last firmware update. I have googled and tried the following:

1. checked if the latest firmware is ok.
2. Sensor state:
   a. reset the IMU
   b. reset the compass

3. reset the gimbal by going through the motion using dji assistant 2 on my computer screen.

4. reset to factory setting for the cameras and whatever.

My Question here is :
If it is a software problem then I need not send it back to the supplier for repair.
