I bought the Multi-Use Camera Control Cable for my Sony a6500, but for some reason, I have to replug the cable into the a6500 every time I power-up the Ronin-S, if I want to have shutter control. Is this normal or a bad cable? It's kind of a drag. I am running the firmware issued before the last update (11.29).

The documentation says that you should turn the camera on after the gimbal is on. So if you're turning the gimbal off but leaving the camera on, that's probably the issue. Maybe haha.

Hi Jasenn, sorry for the late response, Billitteri is correct about this matter, we must turn on the gimbal first and then the camera, please power on the device in order to see if the issue persists, thank you.
