Why protect resume problem

Guys, I found a way to solve the problem. If your camera head cannot turn all the way up or down, then the head holders are most likely bent. What should be done ? Take the blade from the utility knife. Insert the blade between the holder and the camera head and then move the head away from the holder so that the head does not rub against the holder during rotation and rotates freely in all directions.
