Anyone else having problems downloading videos to their iPhone using the DJI MIMO app? Im using an iPhone 7 plus

Need help, id hate to always have to manually download photos from the SD card. There has to be a better way!

Quite a few threads on this.  Are you trying to move a 4k 48/50/60 file?  Try anything 4k 30 or below.

Recorded 4k 60fps, cant download. Ill try and scale the quality down, hope it works!

Hi, sorry for the troubles that it caused. May we know the specific resolution did you use?  For the iOS series mobile device, 4k with 60FPS is not supported to be downloaded directly from the app. 4k,30 FPS is not supported to be downloaded for the iPhone older than iPhone 8. We would recommend downloading the file from SD card for the mean-time. No worries, if there will be an update in regards to this matter, we will inform you right away.
