when you start then you do not stop anymore ...
even if I try to find a stable job with drone aerial inspections ... photographs and videos are my first passion... that’s why I like take some different new pictures and try to get better myself

Thank you very much... Mavic Air is very good to take this pictures...
and then ... I’m still in need to have some correction by adobe Lightroom that is one of the best and useful app to improve any pictures  
But ... anyway ... keeping to try it’s my way to learn

Put these photo's in your resume!

You shall get a job, although real-estate is boring compared to your fun at the beach. Obtain the required commercial licence for where you live as a first step.

I’ve got already a EU drone license and honestly
I think it’s very useful to have this experience trough a professional school to better feel
even in the funny times where already know (about legal drone rules) what and how do it ;-)

About your suggestions
you are right 200% much better on the beach than inspection
expecially for me or who love take pictures/ video more than wire / pipeline checking
