I crashed my phantom 4 pro the other day and lost the SD card and I was not using the DJI Go app I was using a mapping app called Geomni and I would love to have my flight data but I can’t find it. Even when I go into DJI Assetent. If anyone knows how that would be great my insurance would like to have it so they can help me get a new drone.

If you are using the DJI Go4 app or Litchi, it creates a flight data record on your phone or tablet, it is NOT on the SD card. It also creates a record in the drone itself on an embedded SD card, you can access it by connecting a USB connection to the drone itself.

Fine, but the flight record is still created in the aircraft itself, it does not care what app you are using. My point is that you are wasting your time looking for the record on the aircraft's (accessible) SD card.

version V1.2.0 when I go into flight records nothing come up it just has the spinning circle of death.

I was able to get this by plunging my phone directly into my computer and going to the app
