I sent in my P4 Adv. for repair and received a (Newly Refurbished As New) P4 Adv.
The new drone melted 3 batteries while in flight, (1) Brand New Battery and (2) Used Batteries With Only 50 Charges On Them.
This drone melted 3 batteries while being under the 30 day Warranty, to where everything is covered, especially in this case.

DJI SERVICE LLC only covered and replaced only (TWO) of the (THREE) Melted batteries making me purchase the 3rd battery for $170.00 of which is disgraceful.
Clearly the drone had a problem and melted 3 batteries, all 3 batteries should have been covered especially when it was within the 30 day warranty.

THE FIRST TIME THE BATTERY WAS SENT TO US, IT SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN COVERED BUT ITS FORTUNATE IT WAS SINCE WE HAVE COVERED.
2ND TIME YOU SENT BATTERY TO US IT WAS STILL COVERED.
3RD TIME LIKE I SAID WE NEED TO SUBMIT DATA ACTIVATION, BATTERY IS OUT OF THE WARRANTY, WE CAN NO LONGER COVER THIS ONE UNDER WARRANTY.
BUT WE HAVE COVERED THE AIRCRAFT UNDER WARRANTY SO I APOLOGIZE AGAIN WE CAN NO LONGER COVER THE BATTERY UNDER WARRANTY.
