Hi all
Had a new battery today for xmas when u press the button no lights nothing.  Tried it on charger no joy and tried charging on drone nothing.  
Anything else I should try or send it back for a swop?

Hello and good day jonboy1983. I am sorry to know that you are having issues with the new DJI Spark's intelligent flight battery that you have purchased recently. Please try to charge the battery for 1 to 2 hour and see if the battery will be able to charge. If the  DJI Spark's intelligent flight battery will not be able to charge please contact DJI Support at https://www.dji.com/support for additional help or contact the dealer where you bought the  DJI Spark's intelligent flight battery and ask for replacement.

Hello I got a spark fly more bundle, inside 2 batteries, only one will charge. This is supposed to be brand new unit. I'm. Very upset what to do.
