When logging Osmo Pocket to iMac with USB-c cable, I cannot retrieve the OSMO SD card in the Finder, as it usually does with DJI Spark for instance.
Any reason ?

Hi, thanks for your inquiry. Have you tried to do a manual procedure wherein you'll be using a card reader for you to connect the SD card to your computer to possibly get the files?

Actualité, it works with card reader, but surprised that there is no direct way to download raw picture to PC from Osmo.

u need remove the adapter when connecting type c cable from bottle of osmo pocket.

The little screen shows tips when connect to PC via type-C cable.
