I just picked up a new Spark, and it wasn't saving pictures and video.
In reality, it was, just my computer hadn't been detecting them until now.

I still have one more problem.
Not all of my videos save. My pictures do, but not the videos.
I tried to give it time to save my video, and that sometimes works.

Regarding your concern, I would recommend giving a try to use a different SD card just to isolate the issue and try as well formatting your current SD card then give a try again. We recommend using a recommended SD Card for your DJI Spark. I will post the list of recommended SD Card for the DJI Spark. Please keep us posted. Thank you.

Hello,

I have the first SD card on the list you provided (Sandisk 32 GB UHS-1 Micro SDHC).
I formatted the SD card using the DJI GO 4 app.
I took some pictures and recorded some video after that.

I did a test, and all pictures saved no matter what.
For videos, the last video I took saved. After I had stopped the video, I had left the Spark on for a few more seconds (about 10-15), and the video showed up on my computer.

The other videos were either stopped and the Spark was then immediately turned off, or another video was immediately started (about 5 seconds) after.

I think the problem is that the Spark has to finalize the video, and I'm not giving it time to do that.
I am going out filming tomorrow or in two days, and I will post what happens.

Also, I was just thinking that the app should have a feature notify you when it is done saving. It could be optional to turn on, but still a nice one to have.

I know I'm probably not the first one to have this problem! ;)
