Our LB2 transmitter seems to run down faster than we'd expect.  When I charge it, the LED's will indicate charging, then will eventually stop blinking, indicating a full charge.  But when I tap the power button, it will show a lower charge.  If I repeat the charge cycle, it will then charge to 99% full.  

Any idea why I have to repeat the charge cycle in order to get it to fully charge?

Any work arounds?  Really not jazzed about sending this back.
