Depend which you want to use. Free version or paid version. All screen recorder have different feature and which one you really want to use.

OBS are best free version to use if you want it. OBS are best to use to recording and live streaming.

Paid version have more benefit because they are update regularly. Fraps are most popular among others. Fraps do have free version but it is limit and have watermark. It have many feature that many youtuber wants. Bandicam have new feature and is almost same as Fraps but have different setting for those who have Intel or AMD because bandicam have feature to support those which will help many folks who really need it. Dxtory is also a paid version that no other screen recorder have but downside to Dxtory is that it is heavely on CPU/Rams uses and make huge file format.

For Android .... best is DU Screen Recorder ................ and its free !

Live streaming is not a good idea unless you have a really powerful tablet ... better to record screen and then upload after flight.

most all android and IOS devices have a built in screen capture option, normally a series of button pushing ie...something like volume down and power at the same time, seriously do a google search about screen capture with your device, all are different for each style and model, and what the forums can tell you may not be correct for your device.
if it's video capture, mypost is worthless.

One of the main considerations is processor use. Many Screen Capture apps will hog processor and then you suffer video break up / lag etc. as the tablet fails to process quick enough while swapping out pages to carry out all functions.

DY in terms of the Android - is very low in processor demand - I tried many apps till hitting on DU.

Yes you can find various tablets with on-board screen dumping ... but the command to start / stop can be a pain.
