I go to settings and all I see is a grayed out area for changing my avatar.
Any ideas on how I do this?

You can’t do it on tablet.

Try and do it on a pc, or switch to desktop mode on phone/tablet

Had to go to my iMac to get the avatar changed. Wouldn’t work on my iPad.

Had to install Adobe Flash in order to get it done though. Changed and then deleted Flash.
