Hi there,
My problem with the New DJI Osmo Mobile 2 is that I never get a Green light to the right of the battery lights, it is alway RED, even when charging.
Can anyone Help me, maybe a expert of these Osmo Gadgets ?
If you know the answer please let me know as at the moment when it is connected to the mobile 2 by bluetooth, I can see the SN number in the Bluetooth area of my mobile phone but when I look in the general area on the Osmo it states no SN Number, I dont know how to even start to solve this, please help, any advisors at DJI ? please get in touch......

You may refer on the video tutorial below on how to properly update the firmware using the app. If it is convenient for you, please provide a short video of the issue.
