Hi Kenzo, I'm really sorry for all the trouble. Kindly calibrate the IMU first by following the video tutorial below. After that, please calibrate the gimbal again. If it is convenient for you, Please provide a short video of the issue so that we can give you the best solution. You can upload it by using google-drive or Dropbox and provide the link here.
