The water heats up more slowly than the ground.
In the summer, the warm water from the sea flows into North Korea and comes down to South Korea in the winter.
The sea that cooled down again during the winter flows to North Korea in the summer.
This is the cycle of the Kuroshio heat wave and the Kuril cold wave.
