I have installed the latest version of Assistant 2 (v1.2.4) and followed instructions, but my goggles RE do NOT show up on the Assistant screen.  How can I get these goggles activated otherwise...?  I have tried this on two separate Windows 10 PCs so far.

Hi there, thank you for reaching out and sorry to hear about the trouble, with regards to your concern may I ask aside from the goggles when you plug the Aircraft to the PC and launch the DJI Assistant 2 does the Aircraft getting recognize? If no here's what I can recommend Uninstall the DJI Assistant 2 in your PC then on your Windows PC you need to disable first the Antivirus and Disable Signed Driver Enforcement after that Reinstall the DJI Assistant 2.
