Well, it is a warning zone, not a no fly zone, and also, I asked a police man if there was a problem to fly overthere and he said ok, and that was in 2016. Laws overthere changed. And I also asked AESA (Spain regulator ) if I could fly overthere. I asked them for Múrcia and for Madrid. They didn't allow me to fly over Madrid. recreational flight are ok, as long as we follow all the rules ( 8 km far away from airport, etc )

Check on IcarusRPA app, it has all the no fly zones of Spain and Portugal, very useful app.
In there the whole of la manga is a no fly zone as it has a CTR Control Tower. You can see it for yourself if you install the app. There is an airport right next to la manga, in San Javier. So la manga is not 8km away from that airport.
But I mean, I’m only saying this for you to avoid trouble
