I returned my Osmo Pocket to the webshop V-NIX.nl by reason it can’t download 4K 60 to IOS devices.

Now V-NIX refuses a refund as they claim it is a problem with my phone.

Can someone - preferably DJI - confirm that 4K 60 cant be downloaded to IOS devices?

No I don’t think 4k can be downloaded to IOS and it has no be done by ITunes on a PC or Mac or with the Memory card

Hi there, sorry that 4K60FPS cannot be downloaded to iPhone because iPhone’s camera roll will reject 4K 60FPS at 100Mbps, you can download via SD card to the computer, we apologize for the inconvenience caused.

If you want to download 4K from drone to your iPhone - I recommend you use free Sync for DJI app. It allows download all file types (even RAW)
