Hi All - My Ronin S was updated the latest firmware. It was balanced correctly and everything appears to work. However I have now noticed that the Grip power button will not turn off the power source. I have of course followed the instructions on the label on the base - I click once and all 4 lights flash - I click again and exactly the same happens. If I press and hold the 4 lights flash continually.
Any ideas? I have just upgraded from the CRANE2 and to be honest I am really wondering why as so far the S has been really strange.
Hi byronjackson, the turn-off method is not correct, please press once the power button in the grip and then quickly long press the button, the grip will be turned off, please try again, thank you.
