Rio de Janeiro Drone Flight: Hang Gliding in Rio de Janeiro Brazil. Just Fly Rio Professional Instructors. Tandem Flight from Pedra Bonita with professional instructor Paulo Celani. São Conrado is a neighborhood in the South Zone of the city of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. It is nestled in between the neighborhoods of Barra da Tijuca to the southwest and Leblon to the northeast. The neighborhood takes its name from a small church, Igreja de São Conrado (Church of São Conrado), which was constructed early in the 20th century by Conrado Jacob Niemeyer (1831-1905). São Conrado, which ranks as one of the areas with the highest Human Development Index in Brazil, presents a stark contrast to Rocinha on its border, which is one of the largest and poorest favelas in Brazil. Even the camera fell off.. guess this is a total damage. I guess the next months will mean traveling without a drone, such a pity.

Jumped off the same exact spot when i vacationed in Rio back in 2016. Its not as scary as it looks once you run and jump off the platform. One of the many fond memories i have of Rio.

Happy to hear! You are right, once you look on the horizon and just run, start will be smooth and then it's flying with the wind - what a wonderful experience. Did it twice actually to get all the footage (once with my GoPro at the arm, once mounted to my side), and I even put my nephew once into that, so he has the front camera. 3 flights in 4K in one video plus additionally drone shots with my Mavic (which I crashed yesterday, unfortunately)...
