Hi,i recorded video more than 13 minutes and it splits my file to 3 file by it self , I merged all with davinci resolve but I lost some frame video/audio.
How can I solve?

This is a "feature" the older osmo did the same thing.  The Osmo, Osmo Plus and Pocket all cut off around 4.5 - 9 min depending on the format you are using.

It is a limitiation of the file format. FAT has a maximum file size of 4Mb. The device cannot create a file larger than the file system allows.

I found this early on and If you're using 60fps, the audio de-syncs quite a bit, dynamically. So you can't just offset the audio to fix in post.

Osmo Pocket uses exFAT that doesn't have the 4GB file limit that FAT32 has, so that's not the reason...

MAke sure you format the SD card in the Osmo Pocket

I have formatted the sd in osmo pocket, the format type is exFat.
I solved it with the join command of the mp4box software.

What is the easiest way to merge video files to one file? I dont want to open Adobe every time when I store videos where my kids are playing in snow outdoors.

It is capable of using exFAT but compatible with FAT32 as well. It all depends on how and where you formatted your card.
