Hi everyone,


I bought my Mavic Air 2 days ago and asking me to update firmware of the battery charging hub via DJI Assistant 2.
However, an error pops up whenever I run the DJI Assistant.exe , making it unsuccessful to instal it.
Do you have a link for the DJI Assistant for Mavic Air?
Any help appreciated.

Hi there, thank you for reaching out and we're sorry to hear about the trouble. With regards to your concern, you can just go to this link https://www.dji.com/mavic-air/info#downloads and download DJI Assistant 2 but before installing the software make sure the Antivirus or Firewall allowed to install the software so that there will be no problem.
